If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you.</p><h2>1. Products and personalization</h2><ul><li>All products are engraved to order using the text, artwork and options you provide. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, capitalization, punctuation, layout notes and color selections before placing your order. We engrave exactly what is submitted.</li><li>We may make minor adjustments to spacing, size or placement so your design fits the engraving area and looks its best. For corporate and bulk orders, we may send a digital proof for your approval before production.</li><li>Engraving results vary by material. Wood, marble, glass, leatherette and coated metals each engrave differently, and natural materials have unique grain and veining. Product photos, including mockups and illustrations, are representative; the actual product may differ slightly in color, tone and texture.</li><li>We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order whose content we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing on the rights of others. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund.</li></ul><h2>3. Your artwork and content</h2><p>By uploading a logo, image or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any trademark, copyright or other right of a third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use your submitted content solely to produce and fulfill your order. We will not use your logo or artwork in our marketing without your permission.</p><h2>4. Pricing, payment and availability</h2><p>Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or availability errors, and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Volume discounts and corporate pricing apply only as stated on the site or in a written quote from us.</p><h2>5. Orders, shipping and returns</h2><p>Production times, shipping and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.</p><h2>6. Corporate and custom orders</h2><p>Orders placed through a written quote are subject to the quantities, pricing, timelines and any deposit terms stated in that quote. Once a proof or artwork is approved, the order is considered final except for defects or errors on our part.</p><h2>7.
